We work hard to make sure the onboarding process is as easy for our clients as possible and in addition to an initial strategy/orientation call to ensure all questions are addressed, we will provide you with detailed instructions and checklists of what we need to initiate work.
Our goal is to have your initial lead and sales campaigns up and running within 3 business days of this first call. In order to do this, we will need access to your website backend, sales/booking software (Mind Body, Float Helm, etc) and be added to your Facebook ads account as managers. Again, we can help walk you through this process.
We will also need:
- Any high resolution photos and logos we can use in our campaigns
- An excel spreadsheet of your current email list
- Any metrics from past campaigns that you have available. We'll use these as baselines of our performance, if possible.
The set up process also includes a thorough review of any current marketing and ad campaigns you have in place, and we'll work to keep any existing elements from these efforts that are working for you in our ongoing campaign work.
In most cases, we will require clients to sign up for a Clickfunnels account, which enables us create marketing and sales campaigns for your business that we then connect to your website and/or booking system. Clickfunnels is $97/mo.
